Share your idea
Do you have a good idea or are you interested in developing a business relationship with Etaluma? Please let us help you. Etaluma develops its own products in our Research and Development Department. We also license products and ideas from universities, individuals, and companies. Licensed products and ideas are developed into commercial products and sold worldwide by Etaluma in exchange for a royalty percentage of sales.
Etaluma will file patents if appropriate, but ideas that are not patentable may also yield a royalty stream.
The following is the process to license an idea to Etaluma:
- Protect your idea. Have Etaluma sign a confidentiality agreement. Only after there is a signed confidentiality agreement should you disclose your idea in detail.
- If the idea is patentable, let's file a patent.
- If the idea complements Etaluma's products, we'll negotiate a license agreement with you.
